Arleen Cuevas is a Filipino producer under Cinematografica, a production company she co-founded with director Raya Martin. Since 2005, she has produced most notably “Independencia” and “Manila” which has both been selected in the Official selection of Cannes Film Festival in May 2009.

She works closely with Filipino independent filmmakers, among others: Raya Martin and co-produced his feature films, and Adolfo Alix Jr. with which she co-produced several films which premiered in various international film festivals. She also co-produced international productions shot in the Philippines such as “The Amazing Truth about Queen Raquela”, directed by Icelandic filmmaker Olaf Johannesson which won the Teddy Award for Best Film at the Berlin Film Festival 2008 and was line-producer for American director, John Sayles’ film, “Amigo” in 2011.

She is currently a production lecturer at NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands.
