Mikado is a participatory performance that invites the audience to play a game with the dancers. They engage in a fun and interactive competition about collaboration and awareness of the body with live music and spontaneous movement. Inspired by the game “Mikado” or pick up sticks, the artist creates a similar game but replacing the sticks with contemporary dancers and the audience.
