A half Danish and half Filipina, Project Manager and Social Entrepreneur. Jackie recently completed her Masters degree at Copenhagen Business School. Moreover, she completed two internships in Manila, Amnesty International and the Institute for Social Entrepreneurship in Asia (ISEA). Her work experience ranges from project coordination for the Red Cross, manager at VEGA nightclub, and Project Manager for Spisebaren’s (luxury café) startup.

Jackie has a fascination for innovative startups, mixed with her passion for social change, with special emphasis on poverty reduction in the Philippines and Climate Change. She has recently started the sustainable food business Roots Food.
