Taneli Törmä is a contemporary dancer, choreographer, teacher and filmmaker. He also heads LOCATION X that produces international contemporary dance and video works that break the boundaries between dance and performance art. He does collaborations with different kinds of artists producing conceptual projects for stage and site-specific locations.

Taneli has been working on several choreographic research projects, including ZOOM (which researched light design), BLACK SIDE (which researched film), and LAYERS OF US (which researched visual art), and COVER that will be performed at the P-Noise/NORDLYS Contemporary Dance Edition.
