Kevin Dale Balboa studied Fine Arts at the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. He has joined several competitions and and participated in many group shows since 2008. He considers his style to be lowbrow/pop surrealist. He has chosen this form of art because it enables him the ability to display free self-expression and to showcase his skills. He is inspired by scenarios of everyday life, the randomness in things he sees, patterns, colors etc. As a visual artist he believes in the importance of creativity in terms of expression and skilfulness. Because of this, he always strives to be better.
