Elisa Vassena

Elisa obtained her BA in Dance Theatre from Trinity Laban in London where graduated with honors. She is trained in modern dance, jazz and ballet.

In 2015, Elisa was part of productions by Janine Harrington such Satelliser that was shown at Copeland Gallery, The Performing Book presented at Brighton Festival, and 3×3 which was showcased at SIRF (Stockton), Blackfriar’s Stories Festival (London, and Hounslow. Her professional experience also spans many years of collaborating with artists such as Allessandro Sciarroni (You Don’t Know How Lucky You are – Venice Biennale), Cornelia Voglmayr (Sonata in 3 Movements, Ravnedans, Norway and Hangartfezt, Italy), and Carlos Cortes (Build Your Worlds, London), just to name a few.

Elisa was also presented with the Marion North Award for Performance by Laban in 2011-2012.
