Charmaigne Mendoza holds a Fine Arts major in Painting from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines and has participated in several art competitions. Her artworks are styled as Pop Surrealism, with techniques reminiscent of the old master, showcasing child-like and mysterious figures that are prompted by feelings of tenderness, sadness or nostalgia, and enigmatic compositions. Her inspirations come from everyday scenarios from what she sees in-person, the state of emotions. She has been exhibiting since the age of 20. Her works can be found at Metro Gallery at San Juan.
