The festival aims at displaying Filipino culture and identity in its broadest and most genuine extent, by supporting and help recognizing the contemporary works of pinoy artists. P-Noise will present 7 film screenings through out five different theme nights, such as Urban Night and Queer Night at Cinemateket, with directors talk, panel debate and live performances. Dansehallerne will welcome you on Saturday 29th August, to P-Noise Festival main event, where a full program of live music, modern dance, and stage performances will be matched by an art exhibition of contemporary photographers and painters.

Rai Cruz is a visual artist from Las Piñas City, and instructor and lecturer in Manila. Most of Cruz's artworks involve the utilization of public space, mostly in the form street murals.
The 2nd edition brings together the P-NOiSE and Filippinsk Film Festival organisations to build on their respective successes from past years in order to provide a broader festival experience with exceptional artistic quality.
